Hello Kitty fishball

Yes. You heard me right. Hello Kitty fishball - in a Taiwanese Mala Steamboat shop. Who in this world would have thought that fishball that assemble the famous mouthless cat is for real? I just had a conversation with Elle earlier this week on how bizarre some hello kitty fans are. She gave me this link: http://kittyhell.com and I was like, man… this is so so so not right!
Back to our fishball story, I was told that our data center colleagues were organizing a group dinner and they brought me to this all-you-can-eat steamboat restaurant. The waitress gives you a menu and you have all the normal stuff you would expect from a steamboat menu - beef slices, pork slices, veggies, mushrooms, taufoos, calms etc. I do my things, pointing finger on the menu for orders until I bump to a selection called, KITTY. It’s the only item with English name so it caught my attention.
The order came and I have four hello kitty fishballs on my table. So how does this work?

Like all steamboat, you toss the japanese kitty into the hot pot and boil it.

Wait for a few minutes, and it’s ready to serve. The taste? - Just like a fishball…
